There is so much music out there its always a great pleasure when you hear something that cuts through the morass of mp3’s and the junk playing on the robot controlled radio stations that clog the airwaves.
Once in a while you can hear real talent that rises up over the rest so clearly – like Danny Click.
This music is so well written played and produced, that its hard to understand why he hasn’t been snapped up by one of the big record companies.
But then maybe he’s just happy doing what he does and doesn’t want the craziness of all that.
If your listening leans to Rock, blues country, great songwriting in the vein of
Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen and solid nuanced performances, BUY THIS RECORD.
Holding Up The Sun – just like Danny Click – is the real deal.
